Today is the Friday before Mother's Day which makes it Military Spouse Appreciation Day. It is not something you will find on a Hallmark card or a special display of gifts to buy at your local box-store, but it still leaves me feeling proud of the women that came before me and the women (and men) that will follow in my own footsteps.
