Month of the Military Child – How Do You Influence Your Military Child/Grandchild?

We will swoop it up with a net. The leprechaun will shout Woo hoo. Grandpa. the leprechaun I will enjoy the ride.” A school project during the St Patrick’s Day timeframe…

Panic would hit if I didn’t find an obviously Irish outfit. One foolish year I decided to wear orange in protest.…

If there is a decoration that can be made out of paper, made by a preschooler or grade-schooler … we…

Happy St Patricks Day!
In honor of St Patricks Day I wanted to share this Irish-Blessing with all of our military friends and families… May the road rise to meet youMay the wind be always at your backMay the sun shine upon your facethe rains fall soft upon your fieldand until we meet againMay God hold you in the palm of his hand I got up this morning and was intent on making sure my boys had green shirts on … Yet, I walked out the door with a pink-shirt and jeans on. Why do I do that so often? Think of my own children and *totally* forget about me. I guess it is the…
