There are some companies that give back to the community over and over. Lowes is one of my favorites! The Day after Veteran’s Day – “Real Warrior Campaign” – DoD Roundtable
We had a wonderful Veteran’s Day including sharing part of my day with a grandson and his kindergarten classmates, my son took our car to a company offering free oil changes for veterans, connected with Facebook family and friends thanking us for serving and topped it off with a great dinner at a local restaurant that gave us a veteran discount (Seasonal Grille in Hastings, Michigan and the food was wonderful)! Summer Vacation!
Summer has begun in northern-Ohio; not according to the ‘official’ calendar but according to the School Calendar! What we plan on doing this summer? Summer Jobs! (A staple to my sanity) A week at ‘Camp Grandpa’ for *E* and *C* Hours and hours in our backyard pool. We bought our pool over Memorial Day weekend and the boys have used it EVERY DAY besides yesterday when the temperature outside didn’t get over 70. Oh we LOVE swimming and splashing!
